There's no hidden markup or sneaky fees tacked on at checkout. We charge what the hotels and airlines charge, basically. What you get from us is the legwork — finding those deals that make sense for your budget, dodging the tourist traps, knowing which restaurants don't overcharge visitors. Our planning fee depends on how complicated your trip is. A simple beach package? Minimal fee. Custom multi-country adventure? That costs a bit more. We'll be upfront about it before you commit.
If you need to leave next week, we can make it happen — though it'll be stressful for everyone. Ideally? Give us 6-8 weeks. That gives us time to lock in good rates, sort accommodations, and build you an itinerary that doesn't feel rushed. Peak season (summer, Christmas) needs more notice. And flights, especially international ones, are cheaper when booked further out. We'll tell you upfront what's realistic for your dates.
We've got your back with travel insurance options. Here's the thing though — travel insurance isn't optional if you're dropping serious cash. We'll walk you through what's covered and what isn't before you buy. If something goes wrong, we'll help you file claims, find alternative flights, all that frustrating admin stuff. We won't just disappear and tell you to sort it yourself.
Groups are actually our sweet spot. Weddings, corporate retreats, family reunions, friend groups — we've done 'em all. We're talking groups of 8 to 80+ people. We take bank transfers (safest bet), card payments, and sometimes cash if you swing by the office. All transactions are secure — we're not running payments through sketchy third-party sites. Deposits usually happen first (gets your dates locked in), then the rest before you travel. We'll send you a clear invoice showing exactly where your money's going. No surprises.
Life happens. We get it. Cancellation policies depend on the specific bookings — hotels have their own rules, airlines have theirs. We'll go over all this before you pay anything. If you cancel early enough, you'll usually get refunds. Last-minute cancellations? That's tougher. Some accommodations are non-refundable. We'll always explore options though, and we won't judge you for needing to reschedule.
